Terms of Service

By accessing or using Casc8 ("https://casc8.app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Casc8 is a visual workflow automation platform that allows users to create, deploy, and monitor automated workflows integrated with third-party services and AI providers. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

You agree not to use Casc8 to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

Your use of Casc8 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. By using Casc8, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

When you connect third-party services or enter API keys, you are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms of service. We store API keys encrypted at rest. We are not responsible for charges or consequences arising from your use of third-party APIs through our platform.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casc8 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
